Lesser the investment lesser are the chances of losses. Thus, the business is apt for the beginners. As, the business becomes successful the entrepreneur can expand the business by either purchasing a new allocation or expanding the existing one.
Another concern for the tenants is about the security of their belongings. The owners of the facility can ensure the tenants by introducing door alarms, interior unit’s lights and security cameras. The store that can bet more on the security terms can have more traffic intensity of customers.
