Being pregnant for most women means gaining that excessive amount of “baby weight” that nobody ever wants after pregnancy. It also leaves you worried about how you’re going to lose weight after birth! For some reason “baby” weight gain always much harder to get rid of then even regular weight gain. So many mothers feel getting pregnant means feeling fat and ugly but having an excuse to eat everything you see.
If you are going to gain the weight you might as well eat whatever you want and do nothing, after all if you are going to get fat, you might as well just help your body along, right?
Mothers everywhere on the internet were telling me pretty much the same thing. Most thought there was nothing you could do to hinder the massive weight gain associated with having a child. Starving yourself during the pregnancy is not an option. Luckily I stumbled across a great exercise program any expectant mother can use to help curb the weight gain.

Looking everywhere online and in moms magazines I nearly gave up. Until I found Michelle’s system I did not believe I could look the way I did before I had my baby. Its not the easiest and it does require a lot of effort on your part but if you are dedicated like I was you can lose all the pounds you gained and maybe even more. It sure helped me.
The system not only surprised me pleasantly and took off the weight, it is now ushering me through another pregnancy. For once I am actually happy about the bump in my belly, and I do not feel self conscious.
